Just finished Terry Prachett's Wee Free Men, and I'm hooked. Good Omens is one of my all-time favorite books, and this is my first (and successful) foray into Prachett's Discworld. The Departed came out yesterday on DVD, and it seems to be sold out everywhere in Boston. What a shocker!
Yet another reason to love Google: Its weather is currently describing the weather here as "light ice pellets," which is the most accurate one I've seen today.
Enjoy!

I've been meaning to ask about Tak getting syndicated since Lorie mentioned it when I was down in NYC, but time has been careening away from me at a rapid rate. Very cool!
I'm also reminded to go to Netflix and add The Departed so I can do my Infernal Affairs/the Departed double feature.
Congrats to Tak! Awesome.
I loved Good Omens too. I can recommend some other Pratchett books if you want. Night Watch and Strange Regiment are two favs. I think Gaiman and Pratchett made a great author duo. They should do another.
borders had some copies of the departed yestrday - i am going to swing by today - maybe i can take owen for a walk and pic a copy for you too?

Yay for Tak! I'm so happy for you guys!
I read Good Omens many years ago (I was still working on the college thing at the time!) and it has taken until the last few months to get into both Pratchett and Gamian.
The Dsicworld is a blast. I can't believe that I hadn't read it earlier.
That said, both American Gods and Anansi Boys were equally awesome.
It is good to be able to read again.
