Maybe it’s because I’m an editor, but there are some things that I see over and over that drive me bananas.
whose (possessive) vs. who’s (abbreviation for “who is”)
your (possessive) vs. you’re (abbreviation for “you are”)
periods and commas outside the quotation marks (In America, they go “inside,” not outside.)

"Would of" for "would have." I see that online ALL the time and it makes me insane.

I actually drove past a sign for over a year during freeway construction that said:
